Fees  
  All fees are payable to Athabasca University by cheque or credit card in Canadian funds.

Tax receipts will be issued by Athabasca University.

Application Fee  
  Students shall pay a one-time, nonrefundable General Application Fee of $60.00 to Athabasca University. This will be submitted with the completed General Application Form.

Other Fees  
  Other fees may apply in some cases and to some courses. Please refer to the Athabasca University Calendar.

Withdrawals and Refunds  
  The Admission Fee is non-refundable.

For information about withdrawals, refunds and returns please refer to the Athabasca University Calendar.

Withdrawals and refunds are handled directly by Athabasca University.

Course Fees  
  Course fees for a student registering in a 3 credit course are as follows: Tuition fee - $408.00 + Learning Resources fee - $160.00 + Student Association and Alumni fees - $10.00 = Undergraduate Course Registration Fee - $578.00.

Athabasca University has agreed to waive the out-of-province fee for Nelson University Centre students.

The Learning Resources package includes the textbooks and other instructional materials required to complete the course.


Canada and B.C. Students Loans are available for eligible students attending NUC.
